EKVITA is currently looking for a junior accountant

Job Description:

Perform daily finance/accounting activities using relevant Accounting System

Assist with accounts payable operations and reconcile the data on a regular basis

Assist with of account receivables operations and related reconciliations 

Perform bank transactions reconciliations and related data entry

Communicate with supplies as required

Assist with month/year end closing process and relevant cost analysis

Posting accounting entries into the accounting program

Assist with financial and statutory reporting and relevant reconciliation process

Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirements

Candidate Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting and other related business disciplines

At least 2 years of work experience in finance / accounting field

Relevant qualification is an advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, etc.)

Knowledge of MS Office Programs (advanced knowledge of Excel is a must)

Excellent analytical and inter personal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
