Job Announcement : Office Coordinator/Receptionist

We are looking for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist.

Job Description:

  • Greet clients, visitors soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party 
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices 
  • Organizing daily office operations, meetings and arranging appointments 
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records 
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries 
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. 
  • Provide administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. 
  • Conduct other related daily works defined or assigned by Employer 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the respective field
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken); Russian would be an asset 
  • Energetic and proactive
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good listener - able to listen carefully and comprehend all given instructions 
  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills – able to express ideas concisely, unambiguously, and consistently
  • Professional skills to work with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent team-player 
  • Discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
