ON THE APROVAL OF THE "LIST OF FIXED ASSESTS THAT ARE THE OBJECT OF A LEASING CONTRACT EXEMPTED FROM IMPORT VALUE ADDED TAX"
According to Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 383, dated 3 September 2024, "list of fixed assets that are the object of a leasing contract exempted from import value added tax" was approved. Various fixed assets that are the object of a leasing contract (for example, various industrial equipment and machines, agricultural equipment, etc.) will be exempted from VAT upon import.
