Legal Act: Regulations on “E-SME House” portal

The Regulations were by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. They set out legal, organizational and technological basis for functioning of “E-SME House” (the “Portal”).
The Portal provides simplification of centralized access to information necessary for carrying out business and the provision of other services provided for by the Regulations.
"Entrepreneur's online office" is formed for each entrepreneur within the Portal. This office enables to submit online applications regarding services provided in SME houses and receive respones to them, as well as use G2B and B2B services available on the Portal.

Legal Act: Law on Efficient use of energy resources and energy efficiency

This Law regulates relations arising in the field of production, storage, transmission, distribution, sale and consumption of energy and applies to state bodies, individuals and legal entities operating in this area, including final consumers.
The Law covers the following issues:
- Efficient use of energy resources and energy efficiency
- Energy audit, energy management systems and energy managers
- Organization and promotion of energy efficiency services
- Calculation of consumed energy and informing consumers
- Efficiency in the production, storage, transmission, distribution and supply of energy
- Measures for rational use of energy resources and energy efficiency
