EKVITA, as the main sponsor has organized the “Women Leaders Forum” with the support of sponsor Coca-Cola Azerbaijan. Breaking gender stereotypes in modern culture and the rising role of women in numerous sectors, including business and law, were the topics of two-panel discussions during the event. 

The first panel, which addressed the role of women in business, discussed the equal participation right in management, women leaders, and the challenges they face. Panelists with sufficient legal experience in law discussed strengthening the role of women, participation in corporate governance, and state support programs at the second panel. 

Furthermore, the forum featured an exhibition of handicrafts made by female members of the “Organization of Disabled Entrepreneurs” Public Union to encourage inclusivity. The second half of the forum ended with a networking dinner accompanied by classical music.
